Today when the skies opened up and it started raining buckets my friend Myra pulled out a lightweight raincoat from her bag. I was jealous and now I think it is a good idea to have an inexpensive one handy to keep you from becoming drenched during a summer storm. I like this Zebra Trench Coat ($34.80) from Forever 21. The 3/4 length sleeves cover just enough skin and it’s cotton so it won’t be stiffling. Plus it is will make you smile even if it is raining out.
