While many of the sisters in Obama’s cabinet can lean on one another in Washington, D.C., Dr. Susan E. Rice usually is making her moves at the United Nations. But the Ambassador to the United Nations made a trip to the nation’s capital to testify to the House Committee on International Peacekeeping. This is a woman who is serious about her business.
