		<description>I think that in our culture, &quot;having meat on your bones&quot; or being &quot;thick&quot; is glamourized. its ok to be on the thicker side if thats how your body is built, but everyone needs exercise and a healthy diet. i actually was just telling a friend that its ok to have a big but and sizable thighs but you just have to be sure that thats for you (meaning i you can do it and still be in the your healthy bmi range)! if vanity is more important than your health then you should def check your priorities. i have had to check myself as well! earlier this year when i embarked on my journey to a healthier me, i would say well i just want to lose the fat around my stomach, nothing else! but now i dont care where it comes from i just want it off of me lol!</description>
