When it comes to bright and shiny things one must walk a fine line between being simply sparkling and shimmering like a disco ball (which can have its moments too). But even all-over sequins can on the subtle side. That’s why I like this MinkPink Meshing Around Top ($117). It’s oversized (in this case, a plus), and the mix of mesh in the mix keeps the look festive but won’t be so flashy that it temporarily blinds anyone who stares too hard. Party over here indeed.
