I like to mix up my music, especially when I’m in the car too often and the top 20 rotation seems like the same songs from different artist. So I’m thinking that now is the perfect time to pick up Me’Shell Nedegeocello’s latest release Devil’s Halo which came out at the beginning of this month. Nedegeocello’s music runs the gamut from slow and soulful to hard driving rock. But I am partial to the more mellow tunes like “Tie One On” and “Love You Down”. Urban radio execs should take a listen too, maybe adding a little Nedegeocello would put some spice into those stale rotations.
