I love ice cream but I’m lactose intolerant and if I eat it anyway let’s just say I pay the price. Anyway, that’s why I am psyched about this non-dairy alternative. Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss Ice Cream comes in flavors which include Capuccino, Mint Galatica, Cherry Amaretto, and Strawberry Lemon Love (as well as yummy takes on vanilla and chocolate). The best part is that it has a very rich, creamy consistency so a little goes a long way.
