Although it will be nearly 80 degrees in NYC, fall is still in the air. And in the autumn a blazer is always in order. I popped into the J. Crew store the other day and was quite taken with this Wool Pleated-Silk Chimera Jacket ($248). I love all that froufrou around the edges which elevates the jacket from ordinary to something special. It will look great with a pencil skirt for that lady-like look or with some jeans for a touch of casual elegance. Just can’t decide between navy or dusty blosson.
