Okay, I would be happy if Fred Hammond sang the phone book. Because I know the brother would have me on my feet. So yes my recommendation of his latest CD, Love Unstoppable could be chalked up to my fan status but the truth is Hammond never phones it in. Whether its uptempo like “They That Wait” (which features John P. Kee) or contemplative as “Best Thing That Ever Happened” he sings from the heart and touches the soul.
