Halle has done it again. She has cut off her locks for the spring and it looks great. I LOVE IT! She always looks great with her boyish cuts. She looks natural and elegant. It works so well with her face and personality. The shorter cut draws attention to her perfect bone structure and cheekbones, Twiggy’s signature boy cut has come back around again.
